Biography:
Dania Battle was born in Miami, Florida. Mrs. Battle earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in May 2009 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in November 2009.
She previously earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in 2003 where she majored in both International Business and Marketing.
During her final year in law school, Mrs. Battle was chosen to participate in a clinical program with the St. Thomas University School of Law Immigration Clinic. As a member of the clinic, she represented immigrants seeking to improve their legal status in the United States handling matters such as political and social asylum petitions, family-based immigration petitions, claims under the Violence Against Women Act, and claims under the Cuban Adjustment Act. Meanwhile, she also worked as a law clerk for Friedman, Rodman & Frank, P.A. She later rejoined the firm as an Associate upon being admitted to the Florida Bar. Her practice focuses on Plaintiff’s Personal Injury litigation. Mrs. Battle is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks conversational Portuguese. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Cuban-American Bar Association through which she participates in various community service activities.
